Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Email address — provided at signup, used to deliver your API key and account notifications.
• API usage logs — query timestamps, endpoints accessed, and response codes. Used for rate limiting, abuse detection, and service improvement.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
• We do not collect IP addresses for profiling or advertising.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your API requests
• Enforce rate limits and tier restrictions
• Send transactional emails (API key delivery, key rotation, tier changes)
• Detect and prevent abuse

4. Data Retention

Account data (email, API key hash) is retained as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@k3analytics.io.

5. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive only confirmation of payment status and subscription details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

6. Security

API keys are stored as salted SHA-256 hashes. All API traffic is encrypted via TLS. We follow reasonable security practices to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
