By signing up for or using the FraudGraph API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FraudGraph is a data analytics API that provides access to publicly available federal program data for research, compliance, and investigative purposes. Data is aggregated from public government sources.
Each user receives a unique API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secure. Do not share your key publicly. If your key is compromised, use the key rotation endpoint to generate a new one. We may deactivate keys that appear to be misused.
The Service is intended for research, compliance, journalism, law enforcement support, and lawful investigative purposes. You may not use the Service to:
Each tier has defined rate limits, row limits, and table access restrictions. These limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Repeated or intentional abuse may result in key deactivation.
Data is sourced from public government databases and is provided "as is." K3 Analytics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely on this Service as the sole basis for legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.
Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting us at contact@k3analytics.io.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K3 Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your API key.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
